I missed the Dreamtale twins....well, my version of them atleast

Honestly I redesigned Nightmare and Dream because I hate the creator and since she throws a tantrum like a baby whenever someone makes a change in her au I use it to make her mad :]

Anyways here is a bit of lore about them:

-Dream and Nightmare arent really "a version of sans", they never been one

-Dream has some plant features in his sans form just like his Mother (he hates it lol)

-Dream uses a sans look like appearance because he doesnt wants to scare people he helps, after all, Both Dream and Nightmare are the sons of an Angel (Yes they do technicaly have a dad), and looking at an Angel like creature is hard and kind of disturbing for mortals, its not hard for their friends to look at them since their eyes have got used to it, but someone Who just met Dream or Nightmare wont be that okay with it

-Nightmare and Dream can be called she, it, he or anything else, they dont label things, That also counts for sexualities, races, genders and more, they are whatever you call them, they wont really care

-Dream and Nightmare has an older brother called "Savior" (Who looks like a papyrus)

-Dream and Nightmare hates their mom, Nim ruined Nightmare by manipulating him to do shit she's not able to do herself and also was one of the reasons for the Apple incident, Dream was neglected a lot by Nim since she was more focused on Nightmare, she was manipulative towards him as well

-Nightmare and Dream made a truce almost a decade ago, they are mostly okay with eachother (they both technicaly are good guys in their own way)

-The only thing Dream and Nightmare has in common with a sans is their love for junk food and bad puns

-Nightmare turning Dream into stone bit might not be in this au (Im not sure yet)

-Nightmare usually doesnt uses a sans disguise since he has trauma related to the incident with it, he usually uses an Undyne disguise if he needs to, Also her second favorite disguise is Asgore

-Nightmare can have a disguise but he cant hide what happened to his eye, that part stays the same

-Sometimes flowers blooms on top of Dream’s head if he's happy or frustered

-Nightmare sees his team as his kids (and talks about them like they are his kids) while Dream sees his team as friends

-Dream's best friend is İnk

-Nightmare and Dream are in good terms

-Dream and Nightmare shares a similiar hate towards mortals like their mom, but ofcourse they have expections

-Nightmare's best friends are Ccino and Abby/Abolitionist Chara

-Dream dates Fresh while Nightmare is with Reaper Sans 🤭

-Nightmare likes reading and tea

-Both Dream and Nightmare will outlive their teams :(

-Dream keeps forgetting that his friends are mortals and they need stuff like sleep and eating at times, meanwhile Nightmare was forced to learn since everyone in his castle are insane and ignores their own needs, meaning Nightmare had to learn to take care of them

-Both Nightmare and Dream are physicaly very strong

-Both Dream and Nightmare can consume rotten food without any issue, they are literal gods of Negativity and Positivity, they cant get sick that easily

-Dream is nice but he isnt weak or dumb, he also does NOT has the mind set of a child, he will kick ass if he needs to

-Both Dream and Nightmare has issues with the english launguage since some words were very different, as an example, the word gay meant "joyful" and "happy" in the past....I dont think I need to explain what kind of train wrack this cauzed

-Savior is a good older brother so both Dream and Nightmare loves him

-Both of the guardians teams did several tests behind Dream and Nightmare's backs to see if they are plants or not, neither of them find the answer yet...

-Dream and Nightmare suspects they might turn into a tree when they become older, they dont like the idea :(

Also from the stars pov is their younger selves vs older, js like us and how we grew up, as well as the stars, they grew up with us 🙌

Since people liked the last post of Sentient! Broomie so much, I decided to come up with something on a whim so here you go:

Broomie isn't actually a giant paintbrush, he just is in the form because that's what fits best with Ink. When he wants to go out on his own he usually draws on feet and walks away, (his ahh is not keeping it together when he sees Frisk's soul walking); or he just floats but he basically can turn into- whatever he wants.

He actually likes being Ink's weapon, it keeps him out of sight but he can still see what's going on with the, multiverse, and even better, they think someone else is the guardian of AUs, so he's happy being tossed around, even if that sometimes results in being broken or forgotten. He doesn't mind too much, but Ink is definitely getting an earful once they're alone.

Broomie is surprisingly smart, not Sci smart, he's more (canon) Killer smart. He doesn't make his amount of knowledge known, you'll more likely figure out by him randomly spilling out some random fact thinking that it's common knowledge.

He will never willingly let the people of the public know who he is or what he is- not even that he exists, only ever letting people know who he is in dire need, or they're just that good of a person. Currently the only people that know about him are Ink (of course), Dream, Swap, and Lust.

Ink accidentally let it slip to Lust one day, Lust wasn't too surprised, "Darling, there are thousands of AUs out there, I'm sure at least one has a talking paintbrush in it." Broomie was relieved, they're close friends now.

He's the one that tried (and failed) to teach Ink to stay out sight like he always does. Broomie hates being out in the spotlight (stage fright, or something like that) and will basically choose someone else to be a false guardian for him, like, they can defend AUs with him, but prefers to do the actual guarding while the pretend guardian was just there for the fame and praise of being the guardian.

Ink is the first false guardian to actually help him do his job, in turn, Ink doesn't have to go back to his AU or the Omega timeline.

The splotch on Ink's cheek is actually Broomie's guardian mark, meaning, he's the owner of Broomie.

Broomie will watch you for a while before ever attempting to talk to you.

Doesn't have a gender, since he's a stick with hair. He just uses he/him since it's easy to remember since Ink always calls him a dude, he doesn't actually care what you call him through.

I may come up with more later or take a few things out, but here you go for now.

Star Sanses Swap/Blue head canons.

• Swap does tie his bandana as a bow in the back, but only for battle so it stays out of the way.

• Swap definitely serves people tacos and burritos after he saves an Au from the Bad Sanses.

• He probably leaves random pieces of paper with riddles on them around the Star Sanses base to keep Dream and Ink entertained and happy,

• If you turn in the riddle and you get it correct, free taco/burrito of your choosing!

• Probably adopted the little Fanon Blueberry for awhile until he found out that he was a yandere, Swap is still trying to help him with his friendlyness lessons.

• Does get left behind by the Star Sanses every once in awhile, either at base because he was sleeping and Dream didn't want to disturb him or at an Au because Dream thought Ink brought him back to base already and was too emotionally drained to check if his assumptions were true.

• He knows he's considered weaker than the other two, but he doesn't mind since they're literal demi-gods to him, yet can still keep with them since he's the SANSATIONAL SWAP!

• He still loves puns and friendly pranks every once in awhile, but it has to at the right time, like when they're relaxing at home or there's no danger around and today is just a fun/calm day.

• He visits his Papyrus and Au a lot to keep everyone from missing his amazing self too much.

• He usually eats healthy food to stay in shape, tacos and other Mexican foods are treats.

• He usually has the most sense, but each of the Star Sanses have their own turns with their shared braincell (yes, including Ink, he needs to have it every once in awhile).

• Is trying to figure out how to give all the bad sanses friendliyness lessons.

• He isn't innocent, but he's a good person in general (even if he has a huge ego).

I LOVE them so much ;P

Anyways in my version of the AUs, Ink first met Swap, then later found a wandering Dream in what Ink knew as the "abandoned" Dreamtale AU. He already changed his clothes and such, and had been free from the stone for a while, living on his own for about a year (maybe? still thinking this out).

Ink first jumped into conversation when they spotted the sunny Sans, startling him and causing him to shoot an arrow at him. After sensing the two Sanses weren't full of ill-intent, and Ink pulling an arrow out of his ass, he let a bit of his guard down.

They introduced themselves, but as Dream explained that he was the guardian of positivity, Swap was a but confused. He'd only been outside of his AU for a few weeks, so he knew nothing outside of it. What was a guardian of positivity? Ink explained that he was pretty much a Prince, and Swap, being self-trained to be in the royal guard, used the proper etiquette for royalty.

A hand kiss, of course. Then there was a stupidly stunned short Sans, a Sans that would win 1st place in a glowstick lookalike contest, and an oblivious Sans who thought he broke the yellow one or something.

Anyways- yay, DreamBerry!! If you want, you can ask me about Undertale ships and I'll give my opinion about them ^_^

Imagine a meeting between the star sanses and the bad sanses and mabey a few others. Dream gets frustrated and rest out a loud curse and some (probably fell) says "wow who knew the innocent little guardian knows how to curse." Dream fed up with being seen as some naive child claps back with "I am 507 years old, you are less then an infant compared to me you &$@*$#@!" Nightmare would lose it. Everyone is both terrified and trying not to laugh and the God of negativity laughs his ass off.

So.

I was scrolling through Tumblr, and I found this fanart of a fanfic called "For the Forgotten Ones".

It's a story of an Alternate Multiverse where Ink was found and saved by Nightmare from the empty void of his "AU". You can find it on AO3.

Now, usually I don't read every fanfic I come across, but this one... It's something special. It's REALLY good. You all should give it a try. Just an advice.

You misunderstand, they need him to understand what the fuck to do when they talk to The Residents after the battle.

Papyrus OG turns into an ambassador after the True Paci ending, so of course Blue would be honored to do that for his Fucking Clueless Idiot Gods.

Sure, you can say that Dream has experience from before he was turned to stone, but-

a. In the og tale, he was 6 when he became one with rock. Even if he were closer to an adult-

b. It's been about 500 years since he was anything less than a god, and even THEN-

c. He was still Revered AS A GOD. The Tree of Feelings and the golden apples made the villagers See Him As A God. It doesn't matter if they manipulated him or treated him like the average kid, they saw him as something Other Than Them.

Dream has no legs to stand on.

INK IS SO MUCH WORSE THOUGH. HE HAS NO ARMS TO CRAWL WITH OH GOD.

He Canonically sees everyone as Characters that are Part Of A Story. How are you gonna talk to someone that had their house torn to shreds by Error when they're the equivalent of Mickey God Damned Mouse in your eyes?

Both cannot interact with anything less than a god unless they have their Token Mortal Buddy to tell them that No, people do NOT like it when you take the food they were holding like an offering, and they DESPISE when you explain their dead wife as an "interesting backstory" my friend!!
