Another moonjou shipper!!! Do you have any headcanons for them :3 I hc they stay up stargazing and talking about the most random bs and Kinkajou loves when Moon treats her thought experiments with utmost gravity and breaks down every possible aspect of a hypothetical question ("would you love me if I was a scavenger?" "Of course, you'd have a cage to rival them all!") Even if she doesn't always understand. I also hc Moon writes surprisingly poetic stuff/puzzle poems/riddles for Kinkajou that tests her reading skills :D

this ties in a lot to how i just head cannon rainwing culture? i think they value community music and dancing A LOT. think of the Beautiful Creatures scene form Rio 2 (very expected of me hihihi)

After living in Florida for so long with your owners, you find a new friend who looks similar to you!

Running through your neighborhood, you made a lap around your block before landing in your backyard, climbing on your owner as he stopped a timer in his hand.

"45 seconds! A new record! Great job Y/n!" he complimented you. He patted you on the head, giving you what looked to be an orange juice box but was filled with nectar, a kinkajou favorite. Being called by his mom, he went inside while you sat down and sipped the nectar.

But your attention was drawn to some drumming from your neighbor's house. You flinched because there was no specific beat or melody but then it suddenly stopped. A few moments later, a proper beat was playing which got you curious.

Setting down your precious nectar you climbed up the fence, peaking into the room. A kinkajou and a girl was there, the kinkajou seemingly teaching her how to play.

The kinkajou spotted you through the window. You being startled by the sudden eye contact fled back to the safety of your home and precious nectar.

The next time you saw your kinkajou neighbor was when he was doing some kind of show with the girl. Learning their names was Gabi and Vivo, you watched as Vivo sang and moved around as Gabi sang at times with him.

Being perched on your owner's shoulder, flicking your tail to the beat as your owner watched the performance, Vivo found his eyes upon you again. Never had he seen one of his own kind before and never had he ever had his breath taken away- and he had a routine of performing everyday!

Watching your owner walk away with you, Vivo couldn't help but watch, which got the attention of Gabi.

"So Vivo.. got a little crush there I see." Gabi smiled as Vivo jumped out of his stupor and turned to face Gabi, quickly shaking his head.

"C'mon partner! I know love when I see it! Hey! Tell you what. I'm going to help you!"

Vivo's eyes widened, "What!? No! That would go horribly wrong. I don't even know them- What if they don't like me!"

"Oh this is so exciting! Let's go Vivo! Our second mission! The mission of love!" Gabi grabbed Vivo and biked back home as Vivo kept mumbling to himself about how wrong this could all go.

Before Vivo even knew it, Gabi was ringing the doorbell to their neighbor's house. A boy, whom Vivo knew as your owner, opened the door.............................................................
