I finally finished this homemade galaxy windmill hand fan! It’s a surprise birthday gift for a friend who really loves space and hand fans.

I was originally supposed to buy a durable performance fan from The House of Rice Store, but I had only a day left before their birthday so I couldn’t get it shipped fast enough;;;

But still, I even got to practice watercolors!
