Hi guys I just went back to gaming last week! I welcomed Vanellope a few days ago and it’s just awesome to be back into it!

Welcoming Anna to Dreamlight Valley!

Welcoming Anna after doing the tasks for her and her sister in the frozen realm. Unfortunately Elsa couldn’t come, but Anna did to see Kristoff again for he had been in the Valley for a long time since he decide to stay and help!

Welcoming Stitch to Dreamlight Valley!

I finally got him to Dreamlight Valley as I was doing Donald’s quest to find the sock stealer which, of course, was Stitch all along 😂

For the past days I’ve been welcoming the Disney Characters to Dreamlight Valley! (The one with Walle wearing a suit is me doing this moment of him giving the trash bin hat on the special quest I did!)

Flower shop <3 The flower shop with flowers <3 in the beginning there won't be so many flowers because the story doesn't allow it. But the room will be filled over the time with flowers that can be bought. Something I should add?

I thought it'd be funny to download Dreamlight valley, yknow that little Disney game? I just said, hey, imma see if pixar characters show up. And they do.

But then the game became so dark that some days I was just sat on the couch staring at the tv wondering if I could deal with disney trauma today.

Toy Story 2 was one of my favorite movies as a kid, so I was glad to finally unlock the Toy Story realm! Don't ask me why Woody wouldn't look at the camera. I think Buzz was right there, and he rather look at his friend than the camera. 😅

It's just funny seeing how short I was! I'm only 5ft 2in myself, but sometimes, I feel that small. 🤣

I know someone else got the glitch where Woody king of glitches out during this scene, so there's two of him. It's still hilarious, though-

I got them to come to my valley! Minnie decided to show up when Buzz came over.

And of course, as soon as Woody decided to live in my valley, the first thing he did was play dead. I love his idle animation so much. 🤣

Now, it was Anna's turn to have a catch-up lunch with Olaf!

I finally got Stitch! I rewatched the movie a couple of months ago, and I forgot how good it was! Stitch needs to be protective at all costs. 🥺

As soon as I found out this was Stitch's drawing of Donald Duck, I had to keep it in my Valley. The guy is trying, okay? 😅

Day 9 of Disney Dreamlight Valley

Now, when I say I'm a huge Frozen fan, I'm a HUGE Frozen fan. Most of the time, if I see anything that has a Frozen design on it, I would buy it. So, when I saw you can have Elsa wear the ice dress she wore in the first film, I didn't hesitate to use my moonstones to buy the skin. 🤣

Apparently, I managed to get more than one villager in the frame, so I decided to take a picture! I don't think Anna was happy that Mother Gothel joined, because she wasn't smiling at all. I was also having McScrooge follow me around, so you can see him hiding behind Anna. 🤣

I took a picture with Olaf, and Minnie and Mickey decided to join. There's even a hidden Kristoff in the back!

I got the winter racoon from the gala star path! It's so cute!

As I was mining with Kristoff, I needed to sell some things, and he decided to play his lute to keep himself busy. 🤭

I don't know what Anna's problem was, but it looked like she was giving me the stink eye, and I thought it was hilarious.

If you squint really hard, it looked like Minnie and Mickey are holding hands and it's so cute! 🥺

Day 8 of Disney Dreamlight Valley

From what I remember, I was under the weather, so I ended up playing a lot of ddv. That means a lot of pictures!

I finally managed to rescue Minnie after so long! (And by that, any iron that Mickey wanted for the device, I gave to either Anna or Elsa because I give them whatever they wanted. 🤣🤭)

I opened the Glade of Trust biome and by doing so, I unleashed a curse that came from the huge tree. Which in turn, turned the whole valley foggy.

You can even tell from my character's face that she's like, "Heh...whoops!"

I did find a constellation that looked like a snowflake, though!

After I finished Mother Gothel's quest and the biome was returned to normal, I decided to unlock Frosted Heights!...Where I unleashed a blizzard by mistake-

After finding Olaf and helping him find his arms, buttons, and carrot nose, I was almost done with his first quest!...Until I got that glitch from before and I had to redo a bit of my progress. 😒

But I'm glad I managed to hug him! Unfortunately, I didn't think about unequipping my wings, so it ruined the moment. I even tried to quit to do it again, but it saved after the hug. Oh well. 😅

Looks like Elsa and Olaf decided to have a catch-up dinner together!

With Frozen being my favorite modern Disney movies, I was very happy to welcome Anna to my valley! 🥰

I think I was going a Mona quest where she had to talk to Maui, but he decided to do a dance first before talking to her. My character doesn't seem impressed. 🤣

I found the cave that Elsa would eventually live in, which still doesn't sit right to me, and I soon got the fifth spirit herself! However, a friend of mine said Elsa looks worried in the picture, and she isn't wrong. Let's just say she's nervous to coming to the valley and leave it at that. 😅

I just thought this was adorable! I was glad I caught it before Mickey stood up!

Since I was doing so much of Ursula's quests, I thought it would be best to take a picture with her!

I finally got around to do Vanellope's Dreamsnap challenge, and I really liked how it turned out!

Not only did I managed to welcome Vanellope to my valley, but I also got to plant candycanes, which looked so cute!

Somehow, I gave Kristoff the soap, yet it was still prompting me to give it to him. I know someone else that got this bug, but it was still annoying. Thankfully, I don't think I lost much progress.

I was trying to plant my crops, and Maui thought it was the perfect time to dance on top of the area I was planting them in the first place. 😒

This line got a chuckle out of me. 🤭

Frozen is my favorite modern Disney movies, so I got excited when I saw Kristoff and Anna's castle!

I managed to find Kristoff and save Donald too!

Of course, that means I get to see or hear him preform his temper tantrum whenever I walk past him. 🤣😅

Day 2 of Disney Dreamlight Valley

I had some time to play before I had to go to my grandparents' house for Thanksgiving, and I had a blast! Pictures under the cut! (Date taken at 11/23/2023)

Every time I see this picture, it just makes me laugh. 🤣

This one too. I didn't mean to take the picture while Remy was blinking, but I was glad I did!

I originally was taking a picture with Goofy, and then Scrooge came out of nowhere and decided to get into the picture! I didn't even know you can take pictures with multiple characters!

I didn't expect to get Mirabel so early! She's in the Peaceful Meadow for now since I only had either that biome and the Plaza area by the time I took this photo, but I'll eventually move her house since it's so massive!

I just think this is so wholesome. 🥺

Day 1 of Disney Dreamlight Valley

I'm having so much fun with Disney Dreamlife Valley so far that I just have to share some of the screenshots I took. Pictures are under the cut! (Pictures taken on 11/22/2023)

I played with the Avatar Maker months before I bought the game, so I based off her clothing off of the 11th Doctor Who dress and this rose gold sparkly Minnie Ears I have in real life, and I just looked up a basic TARDIS backpack. I wanted to cover up the back since it was a hot mess. 😅

I'm hoping to get better at using the Touch of Magic tool though!

Hi I'm back on this again.

Spoilers for both the Forgotten Lands memory quest and object quest.

I am on the relic quest, and I was baffled at the fact that the Forgotten seemed so close to Scar as a child. I mean, you find a drawing you made IN HIS DOMAIN. It means both you AND him were comfortable enough to lounge together and hang out. This was puzzling, both with how Scar treats you now and how Scar tried to overthrow the Forgotten in the memory of the Dreamscape.

But as I think about it, it doesn't surprise me as much. Because Scar, the most selfish, catty (ha), power-hungry jerk of the Pride Lands, was willing to share the crown with you. He says it in the memory that if you just said yes, he would have let you rule by his side, which is a pretty big allowance considering who we are talking about. Shit, I don't think he let his own NEPHEW co-rule with him. This led me to the conclusion that Scar loves the Player, so much so as to keep them close in his conquest of power and let you draw in his cave.

This got me thinking about Mother Gothel's Dreamscape memory too. Notice how she wasn't trying to lock the Forgotten in the tree because she wanted something from you, like Rapunzel. No, she seemed to actively want to protect you from what she thinks is naivety. She tells you that the world is cruel and dangerous, and, both then and now, seems convinced you aren't quite capable on your own.

Is what either of them doing right? No. But i think it is their perverse expression of love and care. To keep you close while Scar ruled would risk an overthrow, but he's willing to make that concession. It could be that he wants a powerful ally, but how would that explain his actions when you were younger? Vanity, perhaps, but even the villians in the Village seem to care about the Player. Would the fact that he cares in his own, messed up way be so far-fetched? Maybe Gothel is worried about the Valley's state, but she doesn't say anything about the rotting produce when talking to you. Maybe she does just want to protect you, but the way she tries it bad.

I don't know. I'm not even close to done with the relic quest, but the way Mickey's segment of it played out, I was puzzled with how close the Forgotten seemed with the villians at a young age vs the memories when they were older. Maybe the quest will turn out different, but it's just a thought.

Spoilers for the Forgotten Lands quests (the memory one, iykyk)

This one is specifically about the Forgotten's memories.

Ya know, i was NOT expecting the Disney Animal Crossing to have a cutting depiction of loneliness and loss of childhood, but here we are.

The way the options to speak represent the Forgotten's thoughts and are overridden by variations of "I'm fine," the way each pillar's virtue is undone in each memory, the way the Valley changed with the Forgotten's spiral.

No wonder they had to put a disclaimer on there, holy shit that fucking hurt.

Oh, also, now there are holes in the sky. No one in the Valley seems to be talking about it, which is par for the course, really.

That's my one beef with this game. The sky could be raining hellfire and Mickey will say "Boy, what a beautiful day!"

I love Mickey though, so no hate.
