i’m sorry for the person i will become when season 2 comes out.

when i was a kid my parents bought me an inflatable doll of the Scream by Edvard Munch (??) that was significantly taller than i was at the time and i used to slow-dance with it and pretend it was my boyfriend. It had its hands attached to its head obviously so it felt like he was always a bit horrified to be forced to dance with me

if i get another show that sets up a revolution that goes absolutely nowhere within the span of six months, if i have to bend over backwards again trying (and failing) to make sense of why season 2 chickens out of exploring the political themes of season 1, if i get characters that act nothing like their season 1 counterparts because the writers somehow forget about character development, i will be on the news.

100 days to go to season 2. it's almost time lads. making preparations.

When I look at these I can total see this as jaune ren and Nora shenanigans. 

Imagine a fic where Wylan was kicked out when his father realised he couldn’t read (so at around eight or nine) and somehow survives in the barrel long enough to befriend Kaz, who is just a year or so older than him. Kaz develops a soft spot for this child who was reborn in the water same as he was, and Wylan essentially becomes his right hand man as Kaz works his way up the dregs and they become inseparable and all that. The rest of the story continues as in canon except Wylan is a bit more of a hardened criminal with less of a conscience and he and Kaz have a closer relationship (+ they’re very protective of each other obviously).

I feel like the Wesper dynamic would be really interesting as well, with Jesper perhaps being the more naive one in this.

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THAT THERE’S A FIC OUT THERE WITH THIS PREMISE BECAUSE I REALLY WANT TO READ IT BUT I REALLY DON’T WANT TO WRITE IT 😭

The first moment of splendor

I made this one based on the first scene of season 2 and this made me believe that Aziraphale fell in love the moment he met Crowley while Crowley at this point was just full of awe and wonder as he created the galaxy. I noticed that Az somehow copied some of Crowley’s manerism, just bubly and cheerful, or perhaps the wing cover later, back in season 1, was Aziraphale returning Crowley’s kind gesture at the very beginning, this moment.

In any case i love love love it, soooo many good moments in this season. What are your thoughts?
