school ending
so my school year is ending soon and i’m friends with a senior (he knows who he is) and i’m genuinely really upset that he’s leaving. like guys who am i gonna donate my calc to and talk to about this one girls crazy made up stories? it’s okay because we share a notebook so like technically he has to get that from me soooo liiikeee…. but still, i’m sad that he’s leaving the school. genuinely he became one of my closest friends this year and i always look forward to seeing him at school, but next year im not gonna see him at all at school 💔 maybe i can get him to buy me lunch and give it to me through the fence (it’s a twenty minute drive i think from the college he’s gonna go to). and then he’s gonna move out of state apparently so ummm guys…. just say you hate me atp 💔/j ITS OKAY TIME TO MAKE THE MOST OF SUMMER

sometimes i forget i have adhd. like i take my meds every morning and i deal with the sometimes sickness that comes with taking them, but i forget that i have it (ironic, isn't it?). adhd seems so common and yet theres still neurotypical people in the world. anyways, i forget about my symptoms and when someone asks i suddenly remember. i like to think i know quite a bit on adhd, especially since i have it, but also i need my dad to stop asking me how my meds effect me. man idk... they just work. which reminds me i might need a higher dosage but im scared to ask.... sorry that my 25 mg isnt working might need a 30!!!! im getting slimed.
i physically cannot go outside without music, without my phone, without something. i cant go outside until ive had enough because i'll be bored by then. this should be my excuse for being so brain rotted, is that i cant have 0 stimulation. if i dont have stimulation i explode.
Not to go "if you have ADHD just go for a run" or anything, but I am so serious if you have ADHD you should regularly go outside, no headphones no phone no nothing and just stand and observe for a while until you've had enough. Not until you get bored, until you've had enough. Drink your coffee without watching tiktok. Have a bath without music. Turn down the volume in your headphones. I cannot overstate how much learning to be bored is cruicial with ADHD. Life is not just about pleasure, no matter what your dysregulated dopamine system thinks, and when you teach your brain to be okay with being bored, then boring tasks stop feeling like torture. By letting yourself be bored you are yoinking your system out of the high/low binary and allow for the highs to feel like actual highs and not just anything that isn't low. I am so serious go literally touch grass. Listen to the sounds in your flat. Stimulate your body the way it was designed. It lowers anxiety and makes you feel like you're real and best of all it's completely free

okay i read over the ai feedback. sybau. i’m genuinely proud of the poem i wrote and the ai is telling me it’s good, but it’s just giving me small suggestions. it told me my “writing demonstrates a strong command of grammar” and then proceeded to give me grammar suggestions. also i don’t want to turn this into a sonnet… get out of my head ☹️☹️☹️
also one of the things was telling me there’s a “coherence gap”?? maybe if you actually READ the fucking poem you’d understand. just maybe. just a thought!!! idk guys maybe i just like when an actual human grades my shit

okay i was watching instagram reels and not studying like i should be. anyways, i saw a reel and this kid was crying. it was fine but oh my fucking god, what pissed me off is that the other people there (they were trying to comfort him) kept lifting up his face and touching his face. like get the FUUUUCKKKK away from him. at the very least don’t lift his face?? sorry maybe that’s just a me thing? like yes i get it you’re trying to comfort the boy but also he’s literally pulling his face away from your hands… stop touching him lil bro… like just give him a hug stop trying to get him to lift his head. i’m just putting myself in that situation, which people have lifted my head while i was crying in the past. it does jack shit like stop touching me lil bro. let me cry in peace. like i don’t want to show you how red my face is from bawling my eyeballs out… sorry guys is this just a me thing or do you also get annoyed when people lift your face while you cry..

currently watching a tennis match while typing this, but i’m more so focused on typing this.
yesterday i got some cookies and cream ice cream (my favorite) and i went to the tennis thing :3 it was FREEZING COLD (in the 50’s) but i had a jacket so it’s okay!! tennis was fire and i stole a piece of pizza (it was free dw). i ate some pasta for lunch and oh my god that was so yum. omg omg also i was passing some girls earlier yesterday and they were speaking in a different language but as i walked by them they started whispering and giggling so ummmm i hope they weren’t talking about me!! fire fire 🔥🔥🔥
