Hi hellO, @wittyy-name is at it again with another klance fanfic!  >>The Marks We Make<< Now, this is a soulmate college AU. Everything your soulmate writes/draws on their skin, will appear on your skin as well. We are still doing the suadwm fanfic, no worries about that. This is a side project we’re doing, so the updates to this are gonna be significantly slower, however Witty does her best to give you guys something to look forward to to keep you going for a little while before the next update! We work on it whenever witty wants a break from her other writing stuff. Meanwhile, the art I will be doing for this fic will be one art piece per chapter. But they’re all going to be animated in one way or another. I am not an experienced animator, and a lot of the things I’ll be doing with this are 100% experimental, and there wil be like 1937 mistakes, both in the progress and “final” piece. I consider this a challenge for myself, since I wanted that kind of practice. Anyway, have fun reading, tell us what you think <3 oh and before you ask, yes, our lives are 100% dedicated to klance, we have nothing else.

-learning more about the galra and the people who work under him who maybe don’t think HE SUCKS (i’m gonna be honest, he’s strong as all heck, and he had some sick moves during that fight with keith, i’m not gonna fault anyone who thinks he’s hot)

-lance and hunk bonding in the BROCEAN like BROSEIDON and…uh…ANOTHER BROSEIDON

-allura fightin’ it out in some sweet 1v1 combat

-people appreciating coran

-pidge making a new friend/friends

-confirmation on keith bein’ a galra or not

-shiro being safe and happy

What she says: I'm fine

What she means: The fact that Hunk and Coran are the only two people out of team voltron that appreciate lance makes me sick to the stomach. Lance is smart, caring, and has amazing leadership skills. He is MUCH more than he thinks he is. How 5 of the 7 people out of Team Voltron push him to the side and don't listen to him even when he makes valid points because of his flirty and joking nature is ridiculous. Lance has saved people on the team and outside of it multiple times, and the fact that they don't take that into consideration or appreciate it is horrible and breaks my heart. In season 1 where he spots rover but can tell it's not the REAL rover is a big thing. When it turns into a bomb, his first instinct it to shield coran from it. Later in that season when Lance and Keith are on the balmera trying to stop the galra ships, Keith's first instinct is to rush in and attack while lance stops him and reminds him that the balmera is a living animal and that they can't attack.So lance comes up with a strategic plan to trap in the ships while not damaging the balmera and keeping their task and presence hidden. In season 2 when lance and hunk are in the underwater kingdom and the when the queen pleas to lance that she doesn't know what was going on and cares about her kingdom lance figures out that the food was mind swishing everyone but the baku got the queen first so that's why it was abe to control the rest of the kingdom. He figures this out in 0.05 seconds. In Jailbreak when lance gets the Yupper when sneaking out a galra approaches him and the first thing lance does is jump in front of the yupper and says "stay away from my friend" Lance deserves so much more from the characters in the show and how the creators treated him in season 2 was appalling. I hope he gets the screentime and respect he deserves without being dumbed down to comic relief in future seasons.
