AITA for not going with my husband on our honeymoon?

Me (47M) and my husband (41M) recently got married, and shortly after our wedding I was taken to court. I lost and was sentenced to two weeks in sky jail. My accuser (??? ???) (I'll call them Z) choose where and how high my sky jail would be as well as the resources I would have, only a single chest's worth. If I touch the ground another week gets added to my sentence.

My husband questioned why we got married just before my trial, since he (as a witness) refused to say anything against me in court. He's worried that I don't love him and only married him so he would defend me in court, since he's friends with Z.

It's not my fault those assholes convicted me! I want to make it up to my husband but I can't do that while in sky jail. AITA?

Edit: The court case was over emotional damage caused by me killing a pig that belonged to Z. Someone has been stealing the diamond ore I do my redstone on and I was angry, so I killed Z's pig. I immediately regretted it, but that didn't stop her from taking me to court. Since there was video evidence of me killing the pig, my lawyer (37Puppet) decided to argue I could not be held responsible as I am a "big baby". My husband, who apparently did not know about the video evidence, told the accusers lawyer that he had not seen it (he was there when I killed the pig). As stated before I lost and was given the ludicrous sentence described above.
